Is There A Genuine Leader At Our Club?

Whether you rate Noble or don't, one thing that can't be argued is he's not a leader. We are crying out for an Alvin, Julian, Neil, Nolan type leader and I can't see anyone potentially capable of taking that role on.

The English spine we had under Allardyce has almost disappeared and we look like we did under Grant, rudderless and a soft touch
